2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

  • The product or service does not function as described
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the product
  • You were charged incorrectly or for a purchase you did not authorize

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Digital content that has been fully consumed or downloaded
  • Subscription services after the current billing period has ended
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Issues caused by third-party software, hardware, or internet connectivity

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Timeline

We will review your refund request within 5-10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.
